He did a good job with Croatia as realitvely inexperience and most managers will tell you coaching international sides is the biggest challenge. Great to see he's also a don at club management

So refreshing that we have a manager that actually takes it to the top sides... The Oxford and Sakho substitutions were an example of him putting faith in people.
It really pays off.
Obviously not in the dressing room, but you get a feeing that it's the best atmosphere for years.

I always feel unconvinced by all of this posturing about someone, before they have even had a chance. I'm never clear about the motive, part of me suspects it's a heads or tails thing, which side am I going to be on, so that I might be able to gloat if I'm right?
If it isn't, there sure are a lot of people on here who know fuck all.

Honestly believe that we couldn't have got a better manager (short of getting Sir Trev to do the job) for the next two years which could well prove to be the most important in our club's history so far.
The last year at UP is going to be awesome...

Dyche, McLaren, Pulis, Monk, Sherwood, Rogers etc

Spot on mate. It is so inspirational being a West Ham fan at the moment and the future looks very positive. Those amongst us , the nay-sayers and the gloom merchants seemed to have disappeared, and long may they be gone.
After nearly 55 years of supporting West Ham I honestly cannot remember such an optimistic time and I genuinely believe this is the start of a golden period, the likes of which our club has never experienced.
